A new trial has been orderd after a court has overturned the conviction of an Iowa man who has served 7 years in prison on charges that he sexually abused his daughter. KCCI reports - The Iowa Court of Appeals says Black Hawk County jurors were shown irrelevant polie photographs that during his 2005 trial. Jacobsen is serving a 25-year term on three counts of second-degree sexual abuse and three counts of indecent contact.
