The ACLU of Iowa and former Des Moines School Board member Gram Gillette, have filed suit to get the records of a closed door meeting over former Superintendent Nancy Sebring. The meeting was May 10th, the day after Sebring quit. The suit alleges the meeting concerned sexually explicit emails Sebring wrote using her district email account. KCCI reports the issue involves whether or not the board violated open meeting rules.
