After scrapping a plan earlier this year to make changes to Hubbell Avenue, Des Moines' City Council's expected to approve a new safety plan for the same street. KCCI reports the new plan would re-stripe Hubbell from Easton Blvd. to E. 33rd Street, from 4 to 3-lanes temporarily for evaluation and public comment before a final decision on changes is made.
