If regulators say yes, Casey's is buying 22 Kum and Go Stores in Iowa, North Dakota and Missouri. The Iowa stores expected to change hands in this area are in Pella and Marshalltown. The deal's expected to close in November. KCCI reports both chains are based in Iowa. Kum and Go has 400-outlets, Casey's around 1700.
