Blood Pressure


Worried about high blood pressure? Grab some yogurt. A new study shows people who eat low-fat yogurt over a long period of time are less likely to develop high blood pressure. MOre than two thousand people werre tracked over 15 years and those who ate at least one 6 ounce cup of low fat yogurt every three days were 31 percent less likely to develop high blood pressure.
