Under a plea deal, ex-businessman Russell Wasendorf Sr. will have to make restitution for the $210-million that disappeared from Peregrine Financial. The proceeds from any future business Wasendorf does must be handed over to the federal government, including any revenue from a book or movie about his alleged scam. He faces a maximum 50-years in prison when he's sentenced later this year.
