Authorities haven't said if there's a connection between the two, but Iowa City Police say they're investigating a report of sexual assault at the Sigma Alpha Epsilon chapter house on 9/11. The fraternity’s national headquarters yesterday suspended that chapter and expelled all of its members, alleging hazing and other violations.
