Kent Horstmann, activities director at Southeast Polk High School, got into hot water over the weekend, pulled over Saturday night by a sheriff's deputy for reckless driving. The Des Moines Register reports the 52-year old's been charged with OWI with a blood alcohol content of .169, more than twice the legal limit to drive. Authorities say it's Hortsmann's first offense.
