A prosecutor says he's stunned by Judge Nancy Whittenburg, who's ordered Michael Roberts to bring his children from California to a Mitchelville prison three times to see their mother, Tracey Richter, who's appealing a murder conviction. Sac County Attorney Ben Smith says he can't understand why Richter still has parental rights since being convicted of killing 20-year old Dustin Wehde in her home in 2001.
