Des Moines Police showed up at 3206 Third Street late last night after someone called 911 reporting a man being assaulted by another man with a bat, and then a knife. Responding officers found the victim holding a rake. The alleged attacker, Charles Boy, was unarmed, and said he hadn't attacked anyone. A sword was found by the door, and Boy's been charged with assault with a weapon.
