Early voting for the November general election starts in Iowa Thursday. Four years ago, over 30% of all Iowa voters had cast their ballot before the general election. This November's dominated by the Presidential race, but there are several big Congressional races including the redrawn 3rd District which pits incumbents Republican Tom Latham of Clive against Democrat Leonard Boswell of Des Moines.
