Iowa DPS says three people have been charged with voter fraud. The suspects are Albert and Linda Harte-Maxwell and Maria Ayon-Fernandez, all of Council Bluffs. KCCI reports authorities say all three are non-citizens, but registered and voted in the 2010 and 2011 general and city elections in Pottawattamie County. They've been released on their own recognizance.
