Construction crews showed off some of the changes they've already made on the Southridge Mall today. A mall spokesperson tells KCCI five new starts are park of the development: Footlocker, GNC, rue21, Shoe Carnival, T Mobile and New China Buffet. 296,000 square feet of the mall between Sears and Target have been leveled so a new open-air store front design can be installed.
