COUNCIL MAN CRIME FIGHTER
Des Moines City Councilman, Skip Moore did more than talk about crime, he took it on. Police say he stepped in and stopped a crime in the City Hall parking lot.
He noticed a man trying to open car doors. He stepped in and stopped the intoxicated man who didn't realized anyone was watching him. A nearby detective came upon the scene and arrested the 23-year old.
