David Flores retrial has been delayed again, and WHO-TV reports the new trial date won't be set until October 4th. Flores spent 15-years in prison, for the 1996 murder of Phyllis Davis during a rolling gun battle. He won a new trial based on new evidence in 2009. His retrial was supposed to start in May. Flores is free on $500,000 bond.
