Henry's Turkey Service is being sued by the federal government. The suit alleges that for decades the labor broker abused mentally retarded Iowa workers — in part by hitting, kicking and humiliating them, while denying the men fair wages. The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, or EEOC, filed a federal lawsuit Wednesday in Davenport. It seeks compensation and punitive damages.
