Adam Moander's accused of taking prescription painkillers meant for patients at an Iowa City hospital where he worked as a nurse. Moander, who's from North Liberty, faces counts of prohibited acts and tampering with records. KCCI reports Moander allegedly took the drugs from an electronic dispensing machine under the names of 12 people who were admitted to Mercy Iowa City for surgery last summer.
