Iowa native and CBS-TV's "Two and a Half Men" star Ashton Kutcher was in Des Moines today to announce his investment in Dwolla, a technology company. Dwolla opened for business in 2008 and provides online and mobile payments. The company's been working on raising $5 million to continue its expansion in February.
