Iowa's planning a parade to honor the veterans who served in the Iraq war as well as those of past conflicts. The effort's being led, at Gov. Branstad's request, by retired Iowa National Guard Col. Robert King. A spokesperson for the Governor says the parade's June 30th in Des Moines. More details are expected to come later this month.
