James Beaudrie won't fight extradition here from Chicago, and Des Moines Police say he should be back by the middle of next week. The 36-year old Beaudrie skipped town after a warrant was issued for his arrest on multiple counts of third-degree sexual abuse over alleged incidents involving three of his 9-kids. U.S. Marshals caught up with him Friday at his mothers' apartment in Chicago. He's been in the Cook County Jail since then.
