A wrongful death suit's been filed by the estate of Jesse Inman. The tow truck operator and three others died when they were hit by a semi on I-80 while working to move a disabled semi last September. The suit's against Hiner Transport, owner of the semi involved in the crash. Inman was married with three daughters.
