David Flores second trial will now start in October. Attorney's for both sides agreed to the change today. Flores, who's free on bond, was convicted in 1997 for the murder of Phyllis Davis in a shootout, but won a new trial 3-years ago based on new evidence. Both sides have agreed to hold off on a hearing for a prosecution request for a gag order in the case.
