A 2nd trial delay, due to brain related surgery, in the case of Kevin Dalasta. His trial date's now in July. Dalasta's facing vehicular homicide and other charges in the 2010 deaths of 2-children in Ankeny. Police say Dalasta ran a stop sign in Ankeny and slammed into a minivan. The Des Moines Register reports the surgery's related to an epileptic condition. His defense says that condition may have been a factor in the car crash.
