Des Moines School Board's decided an interim Superintendent will run the district next year, giving them a wider selection of candidates to replace the Nancy Sebring, who's becoming Omaha's School Superintendent. The Des Moines Register reports board members Teree Caldwell-Johnson and Dick Murphy will work with Sebring on a transition plan, as well as her suggestions on an interim superintendent.
