Chew Your Food

A new Iowa State study says you should chew your food thoroughly, and it could help improve your health and help you eat less. KCCI reports the ISU study found proper chewing, about 40-times per bite, helped cut how much study participants ate. The study found not only a reduction in hunger, but also less preoccupation with food and a desire to eat.
