A 21-year old man's been charged by Des Moines Police with burglary for Sunday's alleged burglary at a Papa John’s in the 4500 block of SW 9th Street. Police say Jacob Bellman confessed to breaking in and taking an undisclosed amount of cash from the store safe. According to the Des Moines Register, Bellman told police he used a code to open the safe, but detectives aren't saying how he got the code.
