Federal Judge Considering Sanction for Failure to Disclose GPS Tracker Use in Drug trial

A federal judge's considering sanctions against prosecutors ruling that a DEA agent's decision not to disclose the use of GPS tracking devices on drug suspect Angel Amaya. The judge found the warrantless tracking was legal since there was reasonable suspicion the vehicles were being used for drug trafficking, but failing to mention their use in reports on the investigation was an 'act in bad faith.'
