Yesterday afternoon, in Saint Lucas, authorities contained two anhydrous ammonia tanks that broke loose from the truck that was towing them. The tanks overturned around 11:30 a.m. in a downtown parking lot and a valve broke, releasing the fertilizer.
No one was hurt and about 40 people were temporarily evacuated.
