Federal prosecutors are going after the daughter of the former head of the state's job training agency to collect some of the $1.6-million Ramona Cunningham owes in restitution. KCCI reports garnishment papers have been filed against Cunningham's daughter Kelly Ayers, ordering her to hand over, within 10-days, written notice of any property she has that belongs to her mother.
