Iowa's DCI still doesn't know what killed Emily Fazzino. The 32-year old mother from Boone was found dead in her bathtub by her husband 5 months ago. The State Medical Examiner reported its' findings today and the have no answer to what killed her. The autopsy findings are one part of the investigation, and the DCI's continuing to follow leads in Fazzino's death.
