Fired Wells Fargo Worker Fighting Bsck

Richard Eggers, the Wells Fargo Home Mortgage call center worker, fired for putting using a cardboard cutout of a dime in a laundry machine in 1963 is fighting back. The Des Moines Register reports his attorney's filed complaints with the U.S. EEOC and Iowa Civil Rights Commission, alleging age, gender, and disability discrimination and could open class action lawsuits for other bank sector workers also fired this year for long ago crimes.
