Grimes City Council's approved a plan to bring an Immigration and Customs Enforcement detention facility to the city. The ICE facility's expected to mean around 36 new jobs. ICE had been looking for a new location for months and was turned down by Des Moines, Urbandale and West Des Moines along the way.
