Maybe they should bottle this stuff, and call it something really silly when spelled backward, but West Des Moines has the best water over nine other Iowa municipalities in the state. The honor flowed to the city yesterday at the American Water Works Association Meeting in Des Moines. The judges said the water had no odor, no aftertastes, and has the best apparance. Not giving away any secrets, KCCI reports that Des Moines Water Works general manager Randy Beavers said water flavor depends on where it comes from and the treatments it undergoes on its way to fountains and faucets. ..
