Trial for an Iowa State Patrol Trooper on burglary charges will be held next February. Mikel Yauk of Oelwein has pleaded not guilty in Fayette County District Court. Yauk is accused of entering the home and performing a sex act on the woman as she was sleeping. She says she woke up to find him naked from the waist down. She says he got dressed, took her cell phone and left. Yauk was arrested and placed on administrative leave.
