Tonight's the first of three town hall meetings on Des Moines city budget. Tonight the focus will be on infrastructure and development services provided by the community development, engineering and public works departments. Tonight's hearing starts at 6, and is at the Botanical Center on Robert Ray Drive. There are two more meetings on the budget-October 26th and 27th. The city's trying to close a 2-year$7.7-million budget hole.
