Florida Republicans are paying the price for moving their primary. Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus says the Florida GOP's decision to move the state's primary up will cost Florida half its delegates at the Republican National Convention next summer. The move is a violation of Republican party rules, and forced Iowa to move its caucuses from February 6th to January 3rd--far earlier than the Iowa GOP would have preferred.
