Iowa Secretary of State Matt Schultz can be counted among the those who think the time's come for a new way to redraw county supervisor districts every 10-years after the census. Polk County republicans and democrats are arguing over new proposed maps that put 2 GOP supervisors in the same district. The Des Moines Register reports a possibility is a system with local control, but the nonpartisan Legislative Services Agency helps draws the districts.
