A second student's come forward to accuse a Bloomfield public school teacher of sexual abuse. KCCI reports 31-year old Ryan Grinstead was busted yesterday and is charged with 3rd degree sexual abuse and sexual exploitation. He was first slapped with a sexual exploitation charge in September. Grinstead worked at Davis County High School in 2008 and 09.
