Des Moines Police haven't released the name of a man they arrested this afternoon for allegedly groping and kissing a 14-year-old girl who was walking home from school. Investigators say the girl missed her bus and was walking home when she says she was assaulted near MacRae Park in the city's south side. She called her home, and her father and brother came to the area, spotted the suspect and held him for police.
