There'll soon be two fewer post offices in the Des Moines Metro. The USPS says the Highland Park office on E. Euclid's closing for good Friday, and the Capital Square office on Locust Street will close December 26th. 212 post office box holders will be affected. KCCI reports the Highland park boxes will be moved to the east side annex on E,. Fleming the Capital Square boxes will go the main office on 2nd Avenue downtown.
