Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker is giving a speech in West Des Moines tonight, but he may not be thrilled with some of those in attendance outside the Sheraton hotel. Union members and other Iowans are protesting what they call Walker's "union-busting actions toward workers in his state." Walker signed the Wisconsin law that cut back collective bargaining rights for state public workers earlier this year.
