A Des Moines woman was injured Monday night after an alleged attack by a stalker. The 20-year old woman told police she was removing her daughter from a vehicle when a man grabbed her, told her he loved her, then hit her in the face. She managed to free herself and flee with her baby. The victim says she doesn't know the man's name or his background, but she's had trouble with him in the past and has filed multiple police reports.
