A group opposed to more nuclear energy in Iowa's planned a ‘Radioactive Zombies’ march on the Capitol Friday night. The Des Moines Register reports they oppose House File 561, which lays out how the Iowa Utilities Board should proceed with rate-making should a rate-regulated public utility move forward with plans to build a nuclear plant. MidAmerican Energy's considering a nuclear plant, which would cost the utility $1 billion to $2 billion.
