After last week's State Supreme Court decision, Gov. Branstad says he'll work with the legislature to restore funds for unemployment assistance and worker compensation programs. But KCCI reports Branstad won't reopen all 36-unemployment offices, saying the computer kiosks that replaced some of them are working better than the offices did.
