Hy-Vee's joining the list of grocers stopping sales of fresh ground beef that have the filler nicknamed 'pink slime.' A company spokesperson says they'll no longer buy those products because of "loss of consumer confidence in the product." In a statement, the company says, "We want to thank our customers for sharing their feedback on this issue and assure them Hy-Vee will continue to listen and respond to their concerns."
