Ramona Cunningham's legal problems aren't over. The federal government wants her $2,700/month pension check to pay $1.6-million in restitution she still owes for misspending millions of the funds in a government-funded job training agency. KCCI reports she's serving 7-years on guilty pleas to fraud, obstruction and conspiracy in the Central Iowa Employment and Training Consortium scandal.
