Iowa Attorney General Tom Miller says on line schools are OK under state law. KCCI reports the opinion was requested after two school districts decided to start on line-only programs run by for-profit companies next school year. Miller did have conditions: that the curriculum's taught by a licensed teacher and that students enrolled in the course are supervised.
