Des Moines Police say an incendiary device was found in the backyard of a home at 200 Indianola Avenue. KCCI reports the homeowner, Dale Hyman, says he doesn't know how the device ended up in his yard. The bomb squad disposed of it. Investigators say the device had a plastic bottle with gasoline and another substance with firecrackers attached with duct tape.
