The state's Revenue Estimating Conference projections on revenue show things are starting to look a little brighter. They're estimating revenues of just over $6-billion for the current budget year, up $51-million from December's forecast, less than a 1% increase. The forecast for the budget year starting July 1, is $6.2-billion, or up $29-million from December's estimates. That's less than a half a percent positiver gain.
