Benjamin Fogl's pleaded guilty Friday to the assault on runner Forey Jacobson last November. Jacobson was beaten so badly that he went into a coma. Fogl's pleaded to assault causing serious injury. He's expected to be sentenced May 15th. Jacobson says his attorney's asked him not to discuss the case, bur he did tell KCCI he plans to run three 5k's.
